Speaker In Dock

Lok Sabha Speaker Balayogi should resign if he is unable to control the conduct of the members in the House. Under Article 122(2) of the Constitution, the Speaker is supreme for conducting L.S. proceedings and his action cannot be challenged in any court.

The Speaker should make necessary arrangements so that the members cannot get up from their seats and rush to the Well. He cannot act like a professor who is unable to control students and declare the period over. The Speaker should suspend uncontrollable members and keep enough marshals who can remove members from the House forcibly under his orders and restore peace so that proceedings can go on.

As a tax payer and citizen, I humbly request the Speaker to exercise his powers to uphold the sanctity of constitution so that the tax payers' money is not wasted.
