The following letter was sent to President of Pakistan by registered post but no reply has been received.

His Excellency the President of Pakistan,

Respected Sir,

Sub: An appeal by an Indian to the President of Pakistan to act on his speech delivered on 18/02/2002 before Science and Technology Conference at Karachi.

1. The President of Pakistan addressing the Science and Technology Conference on February 18, 2001 said, "Today we are the poorest, the most illiterate, the most backward, the most unhealthy, the most unenlightened, the most deprived and the weakest of all human race. The time has come for Islamic nations to take part in self-criticism."

2. I was extremely delighted and happy to read your above speech. Every common man in Pakistan and India is dreaming for a benevolent dictator who can solve all problems of the respective nations. Almighty Allah has given you a chance and has bestowed intellect and instinct to diagnose the problems of Pakistan and other Moslem countries.

3. Koran has described Jinn, genii are a group of spirits midway between men and angles. They are both good and evil. One of the jinn is the devil. He is designated in The Koran as "Shaitan from Hebrew "Satan" also as "Iblis" from Greek "Diabolos". This temper is a very important personage in the Koran. He is accompanied by a group of specially rebellious spirits "Shai yatin" devils (from The World's Living Religions by Robert Earnest Hume)."

4. Good spirits prevailed on you to make the above good speech but evil spirits over power you to make statement to use Nuke and atomic bomb in conflict with India. I request you to read Allen Toffler's book "War and Antiwar" to know the consequences of using nuke and thereby you will overcome evil spirits "Shaitan" and act on the speech you have delivered. You have got option to become the Architect of Modern Pakistan with good spirits or to become The Annihilator of both Pakistan and India with evil spirits.

5. Let India and Pakistan abide by the line of control atleast for the period of five years and develop respective parts of Kashmir so that millions of visitors can visit Kashmir which can bring prosperity, happiness to people of Kashmir in both parts and also in India and Pakistan.

6. I am 75 years old. I have lost my only son (child) who would have been of your age. I humbly pray to Almighty that he may give you enough strength to overcome evil spirits of Shaitan and continue to bestow "good spirits" to act according to your speech for Pakistan and with all other countries.
