Globalization And Its Discontents

The book was written only to suggest remedies to increase Revenue Receipts, reduce deficit, introduce pension scheme for an assessee to eliminate black money and reduce pay, pension and delete Dearness Allowance.

The year 1991-92 was turning year for India. We were forced to adopt liberalisation and globalisation. After 13 years of adoption, India has not received full benefits of new policy because it is a package deal. About 182 countries have adopted world trade organisation and export and import are made open. There were two other conditions to get success. The loss making public sector corporations should have been closed and labour laws should have been amended.

We are not able to make progress on above grounds.
